Silicon Village is Pakistan's premier STZA-licensed technology park: a 500-acre Special Technology Zone inside Capital Smart City, Islamabad. It is developed by Habib Rafiq Limited (HRL) and Future Development Holdings Limited (FDHL), two of Pakistan's most established infrastructure and real estate developers, and masterplanned by Surbana Jurong of Singapore.
